My name is Angela Schmeling, and I’ve been in love with words for as long as I’ve been able to spell them. Storytelling has always been more than a passion—it’s woven into who I am.

I married my high school sweetheart just before my twentieth birthday, and together we’re raising three beautiful girls… each with very tilted halos and plenty of personality to keep life lively.

I’ve written eight books, two of which are award‑winning, but my writing journey began early—I completed the first draft of Sementia at just thirteen years old. Since then, I’ve found joy not only in writing stories that pull readers in, but also in traveling the country, connecting with readers face‑to‑face, and sharing the heart behind the words.

For me, writing isn’t just about stories—it’s about connection, faith, redemption, and reminding readers they’re not alone.
